Payment
30% deposit confirms; balance due 30 days pre-departure. We accept bank transfer, PayPal (with 3% fee), and credit card (with 3% fee). Cash payments accepted in Tanzania but bank transfer is preferred.
Travel insurance
Required. Must cover medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip cancellation. We recommend AMREF Flying Doctor coverage ($25 covers your trip, covers air evacuation to Nairobi).
